About the Role
St Catherine's School is seeking a highly organised and student-centred Rowing Coordinator to drive the daily operations of the Rowing Program for the 2026/27 season.
This full-time, fixed-term role combines logistical excellence with dedicated pastoral care, ensuring student wellbeing is at the centre of every decision. Working closely with the Director of Rowing and the Deputy Principal - Student and Staff Wellbeing, the successful candidate will coordinate training schedules, regatta entries, camp logistics, and communications across the program.
As a highly visible pastoral figure within an all-girls environment, the Rowing Coordinator acts as a trusted advocate, providing a safe and welcoming space for students navigating the unique physical, emotional, and academic demands of competitive sport. This position plays a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe, and connected community, helping students balance school and sporting commitments, build resilience, and develop a lifelong love of rowing.
